INTRODUCTION

Integrity Homes Inc. became reality in 1998 and has been building Custom Homes in many fine communities focusing in the Barrington, Long Grove, Kildeer and Inverness area. The dream of becoming a premiere custom home builder in the Northern Illinois area began back in 1984. Over the years our talented staff had built hundreds of custom homes. Although we were quite successful, accomplishing what we set out to do, something was missing. As we grew, the personnel touch and one on one contact had been lost.

This is why Integrity Homes, Inc. was established. We wanted to get back to the basics, reinstating the personal touch with a one on one commitment that should be the norm rather than the exception when building a quality custom home. Our clients typically own their property, inviting us early on to participate with their architect to adapt their dream and budget into reality. We do have properties available in Inverness and North Barrington, as well as a talented architectural firm for those in need of such services. The size home is of no consequence; our goal is to put fun for both the customer and ourselves into the most exciting project one will ever undertake. We are driven by quality and top shelf product. At present we have a small and committed staff to bring the customer from concept stage through design, on to the finished product. We take great pride in our final product, knowing that our firm is committed to taking care of the customer with the utmost respect and responsive services required in today’s quality conscious environment.

Integrity Homes reputation with its tradesmen, village officials and satisfied customers has earned their respect over the years. We work closely with both the client and the subcontractor, guiding them confidently through the design and building process. We are committed to listening to our customer’s needs and suggestions, along with ideas brought to us by our subcontractors. This concept has allowed us to grow with the changing times and turn out a finished product that each and every participant in the project is proud of.

We use Buildsoft Construction software for scheduling and budgeting and use e-mail extensively for communication between the client, the contractors and suppliers. We also have designed thorough Specification Writing Principles and a Strong Company Policy. These along with our Maintenance Guide, Homeowner Warrantee and Service Policy’s and End of Construction Product User Guides make the during and after construction process run smoothly.

We are constantly improving our product for energy efficiency and a healthy indoor environment using the latest technology in insulation and HVAC products available to keep us on the cutting edge of today’s technology. We adhere to Energy Star Guidelines of building a tight home envelope with a healthy interior environment. We provide a Blower Door Test conducted by an outside source to earn Energy Star Certification.
